Welcome

My practice is located in Shoreline, WA, and I serve the greater Seattle area.  My therapeutic work focuses on acute and chronic pain and injuries. The musculoskeletal, craniosacral, and visceral work I do is filtered through the lens of Aston Patterning, and it deeply informs my practice in terms of how I interact with clients and influence their body awareness.

I am a Certified Aston Patterning Practitioner, a NCBTMB Nationally Board Certified therapeutic massage therapist,  and ABMP member.
